Margarie founded the firm in 1993 and is the Managing Partner. She has 30 years of experience handling complex family law matters.

Kevin holds the prestigious distinction of being one of the few attorneys in the state to be certified as a Criminal Trial Attorney. He has over 30 years of experience handling difficult and complex criminal matters.

Ted is a seasoned litigator and former judicial law clerk to the Presiding Criminal Judge of the Ocean County Superior Court. He is a dedicated and compassionate advocate for all of his clients.
